I had a terrible experience with Dr. Alberto due to an incorrect diagnosis that caused me days of unnecessary pain. I went in with severe tooth pain that was radiating upward. Dr. Alberto took an X-ray of my upper left tooth, diagnosed it as nerve inflammation, and put me on antibiotics. When the pain persisted, I returned. He then told me I needed a root canal on that upper tooth and referred me to an endodontist.
The next night, the pain became completely unbearable, and I had to go to an emergency dentist. After looking at Dr. Alberto's original X-ray, the new dentist immediately saw that the upper tooth was completely healthy. She took a full-mouth X-ray and discovered the actual issue was a severe problem in my lower left tooth. I had an emergency root canal on the lower tooth that night and finally got relief. Dr. Alberto completely misdiagnosed me, wasted my money, and left me in agony for 4–5 days. I would not recommend this clinic.
The next night, the pain became completely unbearable, and I had to go to an emergency dentist. After looking at Dr. Alberto's original X-ray, the new dentist immediately saw that the upper tooth was completely healthy. She took a full-mouth X-ray and discovered the actual issue was a severe problem in my lower left tooth. I had an emergency root canal on the lower tooth that night and finally got relief. Dr. Alberto completely misdiagnosed me, wasted my money, and left me in agony for 4–5 days. I would not recommend this clinic.

They removed the wrong tooth and charged me $583 anyways. I came in requesting to remove the bottom right wisdom tooth as it was causing me the most pain, the rest of my wisdom teeth had to be removed. However, I was going to be seeing a dental surgeon to remove the rest. I completed a paper intake and consent form with no room to add relevant conditions which they did not list. I got the digitized version of this intake form and consent form in my email and noticed upon digitization additional questions were added that were not on the paper sheet and answers to those questions were fabricated as I had never seen them. The signature on the digital copy was also wildly different than my signature on the paper copy.
In the charting it says that the dentist consulted with me about which tooth was going to be removed, which is untrue. The dentist just said "the tooth" which I assumed to be the bottom right given I had been saying I had pain in the bottom right and I needed the bottom right tooth out. After the dentist pulled out the incorrect tooth I asked if he was going to pull out the bottom one which I came in for. He said I would have to come back in a week to get it removed. They did a single full front facing x-ray to evaluate instead of doing a full one and one of the right side, which is where the primary concern was. The aftercare instructions left much to be desired. The dentist just told me to eat soft food and told me the folks at the front desk would give me more instructions. They just had me pay and handed me a sheet of instructions. That instruction sheet includes the sentence " avoid hot, sharp, and/or spicy foods, rice or seafoods with small seeds.".... Rice and seafood doesn't typically have seeds. I looked up the dentist who did my procedure with the dental surgeon board and saw he's had to do three remedial courses as of 2021 due to patient complaints. Do not go here and if you do, before you let the dentist touch you look up their name on the dental registry board.
Update: the number they provided in the reply is just the front desk and the office manager is on vacation until May 25th. I don't know why I'm being told to contact someone who isn't even working

Dr. karimi is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. I appreciate that they only recommend procedures I actually need. The office is spotless and uses the latest technology.

Very unprofessional service. No matter what your tooth complain is, you’re better off seeing a regular dentist than wasting your time here. They “forget” appointments and every staff member tells you something different so you never know who is lying or who’s telling the truth. Wouldn’t recommend or come again. Not only did I waste my time but I felt like they weren’t very professional for a so called “emergency” clinic.

I don’t like to go to unknown doctors but This place was amazing. A few weeks ago I was in mind numbing pain due to a broken root canal tooth. I called late evening and they saw me an hour later. I am grateful to Dr. Thomas Minkov and his associate, Harvey I believe was his name, as they xrayed, and shaved down the tooth to put less pressure on it. I left with immediate relief, less pain and a prescription for pain meds as I awaited to see my regular dentist. I ended up having to extract the tooth a week later as it ended up infected. If you need emergency dental this is the best place - highly recommend!

Dr,Darrien Lui was amazing. Very kind and understanding. Went in for an emergency extraction and he and his assistant made me feel at ease they were very friendly and treated me promptly. I have high anxiety with dental work and he and his team made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend anyone that needs emergency care to come here.

First visit with my 9 year old son tonight and I was very impressed. Modern and clean office, friendly reception, and great care. The dentist and dental assistant were excellent with my 9 year old, who was in a lot of pain and very nervous about what was going to happen. They quickly diagnosed the issue and prescribed the necessary medication. If you have a dental emergency, I highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing experience! it’s a holiday weekend at 9pm and the clinic was able to see me within an hour of calling. Dr Saati was so kind and compassionate and made me feel at ease during the visit. I ended up needing a wisdom tooth pulled and she eased all of my worries and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The rest of the staff were also amazing. The office was clean, newly renovated with advanced equipment. And the cost was much lower than I was expecting! 10/10 experience, I would highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience. When I called for an appointment they were able to take me as soon as I was ready and the moment I walked through the door they started my work. I didn’t even sit in the waiting room! If you’ve got a dental emergency don’t hesitate to call them.

I am so grateful that Dental Emergency Services was open today! Today is the Sunday of a long weekend. I came all the way from Brampton because I couldn’t find an emergency dental place nearby that was open on the long weekend. I thought I would take a chance and try this place because of the number of positive reviews even though I probably could have found something closer. They were much busier than I expected but things seemed organized and ran smoothly and I had to wait only about 15 minutes to be seen. It’s better to book an appointment.
Everyone was kind and they accommodated my request to refer me to an endodontist. I now have some medication and answers as to why I have been in the worst pain of my life the last few days. I’m hopeful that I’ll be feeling better soon. Thanks to everyone at Dental Emergency Services for giving up your holiday Sunday to work! I’m happy the google reviews lead me to a good place.

I took my dad to the clinic because he had teeth pain. All the staff are friendly, and very professional. The waiting time was very little, we were very lucky. The doctor was kind, understanding my dad needs and overall health. The doctor was also very empathetic and solved the problem very efficiently. I highly recommend this clinic we are very satisfied. Amazing staff & doctors. I came in for a broken tooth and everyone was incredibly kind and efficient. They were able to get me an appointment right away and it had all been dealt with within an hour of my arrival at the clinic. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything that would happen as well as where I could go to follow up should I need additional treatment down the road. Overall a fabulous experience.

The staff was great and my dentist gave me 3 options to deal with a dental issue. Excellent advice, fast and I got a free pack of masks with elastics instead of ear loops.

I dreaded having to go to a ‘strange’ dentist but it was urgent. From the moment I got there to paying the bill, everything was smooth, professional, and easy. Dr. Bleeman and his staff were extremely professional and addressed my issue. I will definitely use this service again.

I went to Dental Emergency Services on a cold winter night....I was having pain in my gum, and so I needed to see a dentist right away. Upon my arrival, everyone was super nice to me, ranging from the receptionist, to the dentist assistant and, ultimately, I got to meet the best dentist anyone could ever have. Dr. Thomas Minkov not only was amazing and reassuring to me that night, but he was also there for me when I needed him the most (a gesture I will never forget), and he proved to be very knowledgeable, versatile, professional...he truly made a difference that night for me. It turned out I had a gum infection and I needed antibiotics...Thomas not only prescribed me the medication that I needed, but he was also very patient explaining to me how to take it, and followed up on my condition a few days after, just to make sure I was doing better. Since then, I've been seeing Thomas on a regular basis and now I can say that it's such a blessing having him in my life. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing that Thomas is there for me and I will never stop being grateful for everything he's done for me since I met him. He is an exceptional guy, very warm and friendly, and I truly have the best time every time I see him. To be honest, I couldn't have hoped for a better dentist !

Very nice staff, my kid (5yrs. ) was very scare of Canadian dentist as she has been given the option to. But the doctors and the professional staff manage us as patient in a fast way and easy that my child didn’t realize what part was scary about Canadian dentistry.
(She has been going out of the country to seek for service) but not anymore! Definitely coming back

I suspected I had cracked my tooth on Friday at lunch. Called Saturday evening at 8:25 and had an appointment for 9:00. Free parking available behind the building and Green P street parking out front. Waited for about 10 min before I was called in. Had my x-ray and seen by the doctor, thankfully no cracked tooth or treatment needed. In & out in 30. Super friendly & professional staff. Highly recommend.

The dentist I saw was a good communicator, explained what was going on clearly and simply. He actually did a better job than my usual dentist at that.
The entrance to the clinic looks dark and a bit foreboding: it’s in a small, older building, and there is a stairwell that darkens everything. Well worth it for the level of care I got that day- Easter Friday!
Price was about what I would have paid at my usual dentist.
Greatly recommend them in an emergency!

Been here twice already and they are incredible! Staff are so helpful and friendly! Doctor is incredibly good! And also really fast! Have my wisdom pull in 20. Definitely recommend if you have an emergency.
